Welcome to a place created with you in mind, aimed to be an oasis where diversity is celebrated, and women from all walks of life, find empowerment, support and strength through the practice of yoga. 

As a Spanish mum, living and practicing Yoga in the UK for more than 15 years, I find that multicultural women, immigrants, expats face specific challenges and stresses, added to the lack of a family network and support and the challenge to adapt to a new culture and language. However, Yoga classes and studios often lack the diversity and language sensitivity to offer to women like us. 

"Yoga is not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn on the way down" .

I create classes for diverse women who are curious about starting Yoga gently and slowly,  building strength through progressive poses and exercises that will result in a  stronger body, better posture and will improve your mobility, while we feel safe, calm and release stress.
